SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently ship to Denmark and the EU/EEA. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped with a tracking number. Denmark: 2 to 5 business days. EU/EEA: 5 to 10 business days. Delivery estimates only - delays can occur during peak periods or public holidays.

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason required. We also offer a voluntary extended return window - see our full Refund Policy for details and conditions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Customers outside the EU/EEA: local consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights, and these take precedence where mandatory. Import duties and customs fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

PRIVACY

We only collect the information needed to process your order - name, contact details, shipping address, and payment confirmation, gathered when you check out. We do not maintain customer accounts or store personal data beyond what is needed to fulfil and support your order.

We never sell your data. Information is shared only with the service providers required to run the store - our platform (Shopify), payment processors, and delivery partners - and is protected under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act. If you are located outside the EU, your local privacy laws may also apply and will be respected where mandatory. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time - see our full Privacy Policy for details on your rights.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Prices are shown in DKK and include VAT where applicable. A binding order is formed once you receive an order confirmation and payment has been processed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by stock issues or suspected fraud - in which case you will receive a full refund.
