At Deep Roots Studio, we aim to deliver your order safely, efficiently, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains delivery times, costs, responsibilities, and other important details when ordering from deeproots.dk.
01. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:
- Denmark
- EU & EEA countries
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@deeproots.dk and we will do our best to assist.
02. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may be longer. If significant delays occur, we will inform you.
03. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times:
- Denmark: 2–5 business days
- EU/EEA: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Delays do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
04. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight
- Selected shipping method
The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
05. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Tracking link
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at info@deeproots.dk.
06. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
EU / EEA
- No additional customs duties apply
- VAT is included where applicable
Outside EU / EEA
- Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- These charges are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information before placing an order.
07. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
In some cases, an order may be split into multiple shipments. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
08. SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details:
- We may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or
- Issue a refund excluding original shipping costs and any return costs incurred
09. DELIVERY, RISK & LIABILITY
Under EU consumer law:
- The risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or a person you designate
Lost in transit
If your order has not arrived:
- Check tracking information
- Allow 1–2 additional business days
- Contact us at info@deeproots.dk
We will assist and resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Provide photos and order details
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the carrier
- Contact us for assistance
We will help investigate in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
10. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@deeproots.dk.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible. In that case, you can use your right of withdrawal after delivery.
